We recently had the privilege of supporting a local couple in the delivery of their dream home, a highly insulated, environmentally conscious property that had been over two years in the planning, design, and investment stages.
Constructed using modern methods of construction, the home was prefabricated off-site before being transported to its final location in August. The complexity of the delivery required careful planning and coordination to ensure the safe movement and installation of the structure while minimising disruption to the local community.
The Challenge
The transportation and installation of a large, prefabricated property presented several logistical challenges. With the delivery route passing through a busy area, it was essential to manage both vehicle and pedestrian movements safely, maintain access for local residents, and accommodate public transport services throughout the operation.

Delivery & Outcome
The installation programme was originally scheduled to take four days. However, through effective collaboration, proactive management, and a commitment from all parties involved, the works were completed successfully one full day ahead of schedule.
The project was delivered without incident, maintaining the highest standards of safety while minimising disruption to the surrounding area. The successful completion of the operation enabled the client to move seamlessly into the next phase of their build programme.
